Enhancing Client Relationships

Beacon has developed extensive proprietary, objective approaches to securing and enhancing client relationships. When working with clients who have repeat client engagements, it is essential to look at all internal relationships as well as the interplay of intermediaries and competitors.

In large global clients, the result of effective client relationship enhancement can be immediate.  However, in large global accounts, the process typically takes up to about 6-8 months of intentional effort to attain marked and sustainable revenue increases and objectively evaluated relationship improvements. 

Many clients with large global offerings will regularly conduct client enhancing efforts like Account Planning Workshops and targeted relationship building events.  However, even in these clients, we regularly see that the execution of these efforts can be quite inefficient and, of limited effectiveness.  Beacon’s coaching and guidance to account teams of a local or global nature zeros in on carefully and intentionally seeking client discussions that are then leveraged into exponentially more meaningful and productive efforts.
