Michael has 30 years of Sales Management and General Management experience with the past 15 years having been in leadership roles representing global sales performance organisations. His own Sales Performance consultancy with a team of Australasian and Asian consultants, which together supported a global customer base, has been integrated into Beacon to enhance the company’s presence in the region. Michael’s clients have come from a range of industries, including Professional Services, Financial Services, IT and Telco, FMCG and Mining.
Michael’s particular focus is in transforming large and complex clients, working on strategies and skills to convert business opportunities and develop sustainable and valuable long-term relationships. The value which he adds to his Clients comes from his incisive manner, his challenging approach and his ability to readily understand his clients’ issues, people and culture.
Michael’s education includes School in the UK, Davidson College in North Carolina, the British Army in South-East Asia and the Australian National University in Canberra. Michael is a very experienced facilitator, with a breadth of training accreditations, including delivering the Corporate Visions ‘Power Messaging’ program.
